Overall design |
We implanted MSTO-211H in the pleura of NSG mice and after 2 weeks we treated mice with CAR T cells. Tumor from mice that relapsed ( 3 mice) were isolated and cells culture in vitro. We generated 3 cell variants from relapsed tumors
