Summary These expeirments compare the H3L27-trimethylation ChIP profiles for embryonic progeny of GFP expressing (control) and InR-DN expressing stage 14 oocytes.
 
Overall design In this experiment we collected 16 hr embryonic progeny of GFP expressing oocytes and InR-DN expressing oocytes and conducted H3K27-me3 sequencing analysis
