Title Transcriptomic and epigenetic analysis of iPSC-endothelial cells treated with statin

Summary In the present study we created and analyzed endothelial cells from two separate iPSC clones from the PBMCs of three different normal individuals using footprint-free Sendai virus, under highly coontroled differentiation and treatment
 
Overall design Endothelial differentiation of iPSCs grown in EGM2 media, using RPMI-B27 medium with 6uM CHIR induction for 2 days (d0-d2) and 2 uM CHIR treatment for two days (d3-d5). iPSC differentiated endothelial cells (ECs) were treated with simvastatin (1uM ) for 72 hrs. For diabetic modeling, iPSC-ECs were treated with 25mM glucose and 20 nM insulin and for 1 week.
