Title Transcriptional profiles of kidney upon HNF4A loss in mice by RNA-seq

Summary Adult-onset knockout of HNF4A resulted in decreased expression levels of brush border genes. We find a robust shift in the transcriptome away from proximal tubule transcripts and towards distal tubule transcripts in the kidney upon HNF4A loss.
 
Overall design Transcriptional profiling was employed to identify HNF4A-dependent gene expression in the mouse kidney
