Title Analysis of chromatin accessibility in adult mouse pituitary using single-cell ATAC-seq

Summary To gain insight into patterns of chromatin accessibility in distinct cell subtypes of mouse pituitary, pituitaries from two adult mice were collected and subjected to single-cell ATAC-seq analysis using 10X Genomics platform
 
Overall design Two adult pituitaries were dissected and processed indiviudally for single-cell ATAC-seq. Nuclei were isolated and diluted to achieve ~6000 individual nuclei for library construction. Libraries were sequenced to ~50% saturation. Analysis was done using Cell Ranger pipeline.
