Summary |
In this study, to identify the heterogeneity and dynamics of transcriptome and epigenome of liver organoid in single cell level, we applied single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) and single cell ATAC-seq (scATAC-seq) using Chromium’s 10x platform. We analyzed liver organoids treated with two medium conditions (hepatic medium - HM and differentiation medium - DM).

Overall design |
For DM and HM liver organoids, single cell RNA-seq and single cell ATAC-seq was performed with repliacte using 10X Genomics Single Cell Solution.
