Title |
Whole transcriptome analysis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension |
Organism |
Rattus norvegicus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Non-coding RNA plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH). Therefore, we use high-throughput RNA sequence and bioinformatics methods to analyze the whole transcriptome HPH rats in lung tissue.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Two-group experiment (Con = normal atmospheric conditions (control) vs HPH = atmospheric hypoxia). Three biological replicas of each group in rat lung tissue.
