| Overall design |
Pools of 50 oocytes from young and older females were prepared for small RNA seq using the SMARTer® smRNA-Seq kit. The first batch was sequenced paired end, one sample 2X42 and one sample 2X38 bp, the second to fourth batch was sequenced single end 76 bp.
