Title Co-location of chromatin loop anchors with the gene transcription machinery in maize.
Organism Zea mays
Experiment type Other
Summary We report the use of ultra-high Hi-C sequencing to characterize TAD-like domains and chromatin loops in maize, along with their co-location characteristics with open chromatin (ATAC-Seq) peaks and gene expreesion (mRNA-Seq) data generated from the same tissue samples.
