Summary Renca, a murine renal cell carcinoma, and B16F10, a murine melanoma, were transcriptionally profiled in a study designed to accompany an in vivo CRISPR screen to identify novel immunotherapy dependencies.
 
Overall design RNA sequencing libraries were generated from in vitro cultures of Renca and B16 cells.
