Summary Analysis of genome-wide chromatin binding upon overexpression of full length (FL) or C-terminal truncated (dC) HMR in Drosophila SL2 cells
 
Overall design Using Drosophila SL2 cells transfected either with full length (FL) or C-terminal truncated (dC) FLAG-HMR, we induced overxpression of the HMR protein and generated genome-wide binding profiles by performing ChIP-Seq with anti-FLAG antibody (n = 5) or with anti-HMR antibody (n=4).
