Title Transcriptional control of CALMODULIN by CAMTA regulates neural excitablity [RNA-seq]
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We profiled different neuronal classes in C. elegans camt-1 mutants and compared it with the control

Overall design One or more neuronal classes of C. elegans were GFP-abelled at a time. Worms were dissociated. Fluorescent cells were FACS-sorted and RNA libraries were established for sequencing.
