Summary |
To understand whether CD24, a potential marker for ovarian cancer stem cells,-dependent microRNA expression affects ovarian cancer stemness, microRNA expression was compared between CD24-negative and CD24-positive ovarian cancer cells.

Overall design |
CD24-negative and CD24-positive cells were sorted from Caov-3 and an ovarian cancer patient tissue by flow cytometry cell sorter. The microarray was performed in triplicates with separately prepared samples.
