Title |
Transcriptional Signatures Predict Phenotypic Variations of Candida auris |
Organism |
Candidozyma auris |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Transcriptomic analysis of different Candida auris clinical isolates with distinct antifungal susceptibility profiles.

|
Overall design |
RNA-sequencing was performed of the following C. auris clinical isolates: 470140, 4710147, 470154 and CBS10913 provided by Rajendra Prasad and Arunoloke Chakraborti. Cells were grown to the exponential phase in YPD at 37 °C. Cultures were then harvested for RNA isolation. Three biological replicates for each isolate were sequenced.
