Summary |
Our findings further expand the current knowledge regarding the biology of ceRNAs and their regulatory roles in B-cell development and differentiation process. These newly discovered networks provide more ideas for further research about B-cell development in the future.

Overall design |
we used miRNA sequencing and LncRNA sequencing to detect several develoment stages of B-cell sorted from mouse bone marrow by using FACS (Pro-B cells, Pre-B cells, Immature B cells and mature Bcells) to study the underlying biological mechanisms in the rapid development of B-cell.
