To explain molecular mechanism of WDR62 functions in myocardial cell mitosis, RNA-seq was performed to analyze the differential expression genes (DEGs) among three HL-1 cell groups: control (CON), Wdr62 knock-down (KD) and rescued KD by overexpressing WDR62-WT (RE)
