Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |

Overall design |
Adolescent female Danish slaughter pigs of 20kg were used. A single dose of 0.08mg/kg psilocybin or saline was administered iv while the pig was awake and freely roaming around. Either 1day or 1 week later the pigs were euthanized by iv pentobarbital overdose. N=6/group: Saline 1day; Psilocybin 1day, Saline 1week, Psilocybin 1week
