Summary Wild type strain H99 compared to independent sir2 deletion mutants grown to mid-log (0.6 OD600) in rich medium (YPD) shaking at 250rpm in baffled flasks.
 
Overall design Libraries were constructed from two biological replicates of wild type (Control), as well as two biological replicates of two independent sir2 delta clones.
