Title Transcriptome of peptidoglycan-associated lipoprotein mutant and wild-type A. baumannii strains
Organism Acinetobacter baumannii
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We apply RNAseq of mutant and wild-type strains to study the role of peptidoglycan-associated lipoprotein in A. baumanni.

Overall design Peptidoglycan-associated lipoprotein mutant was constructed from A. baumannii strain LAC-4. LAC-4 mutant and wild-type strains were cultured in 20ml TSB until OD600=0.6~0.8, and then the bacteria were collected and resuspended in 1ml PBS.
