Overall design |
12 weeks old males mice were subjected to SHAM sergery (CTR) or to unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) to indice renal interstitial fibrosis. 1UUO and SHAM kidneys were harvested and disregated into single cell preparations contaning all kidney cell types. 10X Chromium were used to prepare cDNA libraries. Two UUO and one SHAM cDNA libraries were obtained sequenced.
