Title |
MAP2K2 Role in Acute Lung Injury |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To determine how MEK2 may be driving altered inflammatory and repair processes in ALI, we analyzed lung tissue from wildtype and MEK2-knockout mice for gene expression using RNAseq during naïve state (day 0), and at days 2 and 4 post-infection.

Overall design |
Lung tissue from mice was analyzed before or following P. aeruginosa infection. Samples were collected at 3 time-points across 2 genotypes (n=5/group for n=30 samples total)
