Title |
Using Endothelial Cells as a Model to Study Trypanosoma cruzi Infection |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Mouse cardiac endothelial cells responses to T. cruzi trypomastigotes
|
|
|
Overall design |
Primary mouse cardiac endothelial cells were incubated with T. cruzi trypomastigotes for 3h at an MOI. The mRNA was isolated using TRIzol reagent and RNA-sequencing was performed using the Illumina NextSeq 500 system.
