Summary We reveal that Axin2 mediates stem cell competition in developing brain.
 
Overall design Single cell sequencing of mouse E11.5 Axin2 mutant cell and Axin2 positive cell using SmartSeq2 protocol. Dosal diencephalon and ventral diencephalon at mouse E10.5 were dissociated for bulk RNA-seq.
