Title |
Chromatin landscape in perinatal cardiomyocytes |
Organisms |
Mus musculus; Rattus norvegicus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing Other
|
Summary |
In order to understand the transcriptional regulatory program of cardiomyocytes perinatal transition, we mapped chromatin accessibility, transcription-centered long-range chromatin interactions as well as gene expression in cardiomyocyte undergoing perinatal transition.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Gene expression profiles, chromatin accessibility genome-wide maps and chromatin interactions were obtained through RNA-sequencing, ATAC-sequencing and HiChIP sequencing of samples obtained from late fetal and neonatal cardiomyocytes.
