Title MeRIP Sequencing of Lung Tissues from OVA‐induced Acute Allergic Asthma Mice

Summary The objective of the study was to present a transcriptome-wide m6A methylome profile of lung tissues in mouse model of ovalbumin(OVA)-induced acute allergic asthma.
 
Overall design We performed MeRIP-seq and RNA-seq on three lung tissue samples of OVA-induced asthma mice and three lung tissue samples of PBS-induced control mice to explore m6A modification patterns in asthma.
