Title Genome-wide gene expression of NB-1 after treatment of 5-aza-dC, TBT, and combination

Summary A neuroblastoma cell line, NB-1, was treated with mock, a DNA demethylating agent (5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine: 5-aza-dC), a synthetic retinoic acid (tamibarotene: TBT), and the combination of 5-aza-dC and TBT. A genome-wide gene expression analysis was performed using SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression 8 x 60K v2 Microarray.
 
Overall design Cy3-labeled cRNA was synthesized from 200 ng of total RNA using a Low Input Quick Amp Labeling Kit, and 600 ng of labeled cRNA was fragmented and hybridized to SurePrint G3 Human GE 8x60K Microarray Ver2.0 Microarray.
