Title |
Regulation of retina microexons by srrm3 in zebrafish |
Organism |
Danio rerio |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the role of srrm3 as a regulator of retina microexons (RetMICs) we have sequenced adult retina from WT animals, and enucleated eyes from 5 dpf larvae WT and KO for srrm3.
|
|
|
Overall design |
24 hpf heads were collected from WT AB fish. Larvae at 48 hpf, 60 hpf and 72 hpf were collected, genotyped using fin clip, and RNA extracted from enucleated eyes from srrm3 KO and WT siblings.
