Title Expression data changes induced by 3D conditions in T-ALL cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary 3D constrained conditions promoted H3K4 methylation in ALL cells that altered the global chromatin configuration and transcriptional changes related to cell cycle and DNA replication.

Overall design Jurkat cells (T-ALL cell line) were used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Jurkat cells were cultured in suspension or 3D conditions (a type I collagen matrix of 1,7 mg/mL) for 3 hours. Cellsd were lised and mRNA was extracted to compare expressions profiles. We used three replicates of each sample.
