Title Bulk RNA sequencing of human intestinal and airway organoids
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on intestinal and airway organoids. Also airway organoid derived air-liquid interface cultures were sequenced

Overall design RNA was extracted from intestinal organoids that were either grown in expansion conditions (EXP) or differentiation conditions (DIF). Airway organoids were grown in expansion medium (EM) or differentiated in differentiation medium (DM). Air-liquid interface cultures of trachea, bronchus and bronchiole were derived from airway organoids of that airway section.
