Title |
mRNA-seq analysis of the Tat mutant of extra-intestinal pathogenic E. coli |
Organism |
Escherichia coli |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We reported the influence of disruption of the twin-arginine translocation system on the mRNA expression of the extra-intestinal pathogenic E. coli PCN033 strain.

|
|
Overall design |
The cells of the extra-intestinal pathogenic E. coli PCN033 strain and the Tat system deleted strain were grown to the mid-log phase, and the mRNA was extracted and sequenced by illumina sequencing. The assay was performed in triplicate.
