Summary |
clariom D and miRNA v4.0 microarray analyses of 786-O, A498 and Caki-1 cells suntinib resistant cell lines and originator cell lines we used intergrated pathway network analysis to identify miRNA-target gene pairs involved in sunitinib resistance.

Overall design |
sunitinib resistant renal cell lines (786-O, A498 and Caki-1) were produced using increasing quantities of sunitinib over many weeks until lines were resistant to >10uM. Two clones for each cell lines were independently produced in this manner. Resistant cells and parental (sensitive) cells were harvested and RNA extracted. Affymetrix miRNA (v4.0) and gene (Clariom D) microarrays were carried out on all the cell lines in technical triplicates
