Title Arginine decarboxylase gene ADC2 regulates fiber elongation in cotton

Summary ADC2 has a positive regulating effect on fiber elongation, which provides a basis for future cotton fiber development and research.
 
Overall design Scanning electron microscopy showed that the fiber length was increased with exogenous addition of ADC product putrescine (Put) when compared with CK (water treatment). RNA-seq of Gossypium hirsutum treated with water (CK) or putrescine (put).
