Title High-throughput mapping of 2'-O-methylation in Trypanosoma brucei poly(A) RNAs using RibOxi-seq

Summary In this study we used RibOxi-seq to identify 2’-O-methylation (Nm) present on mRNAs in single nucleotide resolution. Our analysis identified hundreds of Nm sites in mRNAs, predominantly in CDS and 3’ UTR.
 
Overall design Trypanosoma brucei procyclic form was used to extract total RNA. The RNA was then polyA enriched before going through RibOxi-seq for 2'-O-methylation profiling
