Title |
The transcriptome, enhancer landscape and GR binding profile in primary mouse hepatocytes treated with glucagon and corticosterone |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The transcriptome, enhancer landscape and GR binding profile in primary mouse hepatocytes treated with glucagon and corticosterone
|
|
|
Overall design |
We treated primary mouse hepatocytes with glucagon, corticosterone or both in a dual treatment. The control is the non-treated group. Each group has 3 replicates (Except in GR ChIP-seq where each group has 2 replicates)
