Title The transcriptome, enhancer landscape and GR binding profile in primary mouse hepatocytes treated with glucagon and corticosterone
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The transcriptome, enhancer landscape and GR binding profile in primary mouse hepatocytes treated with glucagon and corticosterone

Overall design We treated primary mouse hepatocytes with glucagon, corticosterone or both in a dual treatment. The control is the non-treated group. Each group has 3 replicates (Except in GR ChIP-seq where each group has 2 replicates)
