Summary To investigate effects of siRNA with 2'-O-methyl (2'-Ome) modifications on genome-wide off-targetat, we analyzed gene expression profile of HeLa cells transfected by their siRNAs.
 
Overall design Total RNAs were extracted from HeLa cells transfected by unmodified or 2'-O-methyl (2'-Ome) modified siRNA and performed microarray analysis.
