Summary To evaluate the short-term effect of elastase inhibition using telaprevir or sivelestat or DMSO on human islets
 
Overall design Human islets (N=3) were treated for 10 or 30 minutes with DMSO, telaprevir (1 and 100 µg/ml) or sivelestat (100 µg/ml) to evaluate the changes in phosphorylation levels of proteins using the KAM-1325 phospho antibody microarray (Kinexus).
