Title RUNX2 and MTA1 sequencing in non-treated MDA-MB-231 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Runt-related-transcription factor 2 (RUNX2) is an osteogenesis related transcription and emerge as a prominent activating transcription factor in carcinogenesis. MTA1 is one of members of nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex, which exhibit important function in processes of transcription, carcinogenesis, cell cycle progression and genomic stability attributed to histone deacetylation.

Overall design Examination of RUNX2 and MTA1 target genes in MDA-MB-231 cell line.
