Title |
RUNX2 and MTA1 sequencing in non-treated MDA-MB-231 cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Runt-related-transcription factor 2 (RUNX2) is an osteogenesis related transcription and emerge as a prominent activating transcription factor in carcinogenesis. MTA1 is one of members of nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex, which exhibit important function in processes of transcription, carcinogenesis, cell cycle progression and genomic stability attributed to histone deacetylation.
