Title |
Comparative assessment of the resilience capacity of different indigenous goat breeds to summer heat stress based on selective thermo-tolerant gene expression pattern |
Organism |
Capra hircus |
Experiment type |
Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Assessing the adaptive capabilities of two indigenous Kanni Aadu and Kodi Aadu goat breeds based on skin epigenetics approach
|
|
|
Overall design |
Skin tissue was chopped into fine pieces and lysed by adding Buffer ATL, ProteinaseK and Buffer AL. The lysate was bound to Dneasy Mini Spin Column and the DNA was eluted in Buffer AE after subsequent washes. (Dneasy® Blood& Tissue Kit Cat.No.69506)
