Title Reprogramming of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells into induced mesenchymal stromal cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We reported direct reprogramming human PBMCs into induced MSCs using non-integrating episomal vectors, and performed epigenetic analysis, including chromatin openness and methylation status, along with transcriptomic analysis, on functional as well as non-functional induced MSCs from different reprogramming factors combinations, in order to better understand epigenetic signature of functional MSCs.

Overall design RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and RRBS methylation profiles of day 28 induced MSCs reprogrammed from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells by three different reprogramming factors combinations.
