Title ChIATAC is an efficient strategy for multi-omics mapping of 3D epigenomes from low-cell inputs
Organisms Drosophila melanogaster; Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary Here, we report a new strategy that combines in situ nuclear proximity ligation and transposase digestion, called ChIATAC, for highly efficient mapping of chromatin interactions between open chromatin loci simultaneously from lower input cells.

Overall design ChIATAC: S2 (50k cells), 3 technical replicates; GM12878 (50k ~ 1k cells), 2 technical replicates; CD4+ T cells (50k cells), 2 technical replicates.
