Title |
Single cell RNAseq Adult Mouse Lumbar Dorsal Root Ganglia (DRG) |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Single cell RNAseq was performed on naïve adult mouse lumbar dorsal root ganglia (DRG) cells. Neuronal and non-neuronal cell populations were identified.

|
|
Overall design |
L3-L5 right side DRGs were pooled from 10 male C57BL/6 mice at 18 weeks of age. A single cell solution was created by standard digestion. Single cell RNAseq was performed using the 10x Chromium system.
