Title Single cell RNAseq Adult Mouse Lumbar Dorsal Root Ganglia (DRG)
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Single cell RNAseq was performed on naïve adult mouse lumbar dorsal root ganglia (DRG) cells. Neuronal and non-neuronal cell populations were identified.

Overall design L3-L5 right side DRGs were pooled from 10 male C57BL/6 mice at 18 weeks of age. A single cell solution was created by standard digestion. Single cell RNAseq was performed using the 10x Chromium system.
