Title |
Murine N4 Ube3am-/p+ hippocampus: Antagomir-134 vs Scramble (control) |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Transcriptional profiling of N4 Ube3am-/p+ mice ipsilateral hippocampi at 24h after the last audiogenic stimulus (at postnatal day 27; out of three stimulus) of mice pre-treated with either scramble or antagomir-134 (Ant-134; 0.5 nmol; ICV).

Overall design |
Two-condition experiment, Scramble (control) vs Antagomir-134. Biological replicates: 4 scramble (controls) and 5 antagomir-134. Each biological replicate is the homogeneate of one ipsilateral hippocampus of the respective treated mouse. P21 mice received an ICV injection of scramble or Ant-134. At P22 24 hours later, they were subjected to an audiogenic seizure. This seizure was repeated at P24 and P26. At 24h later, brains were removed and microdissected for transcriptome analysis.
