Summary |
To explore the potential mechanism of chidamide in BM-MSC-mediated adipogenesis, we have employed mRNA microarray expression profiling platform to identify significant differential genes associated with adipogenic differentiation and chidamide management.

Overall design |
BM-MSCs were untreated (UN) or induced towards adipogenic differentiation (AD) simultaneously added with DMSO (DMSO) or chidamide (CHI) for 8 days. Then the four groups of cells were collected and mRNA microarray was performed.
