Title Study of microRNA associated with lenvatinib’s anti-tumor effect in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary Lenvatinib treatment markedly altered miRNA expression in vitro, and the various miRNAs induced by lenvatinib may also contribute to tumor growth inhibition in vitro.

Overall design Using a custom microarray platform, we analyzed the expression levels of 2555 human miRNA probes in the HuH-7 cell line in vitro that was treated with and without lenvatinib.
