Title Effect of hemin and of HAP1 on C. albicans expression pattern

Summary To test the effect of hemin and of HAP1 in C. albicans, a hap1 mutant and it's reintegrant (wild-type) strain were grown in YPD to log phase, and then exposed or not to 50 microM hemin for 30'.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for hap1-/- cells with vector or with HAP1 reintegrant, with or without hemin, 3 biological replicates each (12 total).
