Summary |
Gamma-delta T cells prevent CRC. To understand the criticial role of Gamma-delta T cells in CRC, AOM-DSS tumors from mice lacking TCRγδ and with TCRγδ cells were used to isolate epithelial cells to study gene expression by bulk RNA sequencing.
