Title |
PI3K-mediated crosstalk between angiopoietin and vascular endothelial growth factor C signaling pathways is required for lymphangiogenesis |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The aim of the study was to invetigate the crosstalk between VEGF-C/VEGFR3 and Ang2/Tie pathway
|
|
|
Overall design |
ScRNA sequence analysis contains two experiments. In first experiment, lymphatic endothelial cells from Tie1 and Tie1;Tie2 deleted lymphatic endothelial cell. The control for deletion experiments were Tamoxifen treated littermate controls, and the deleted sample had Prox1-CreERT2.
