Title |
In vitro generation of brain regulatory T cells by co-culturing with astrocytes |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We developed a culture method that confers brain Treg characteristics in vitro. Naive Tregs from the spleen were activated and efficiently amplified by T-cell receptor (TCR) stimulation in the presence of primary astrocytes.

|
Overall design |
Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Treg cells from spleen (SP-Treg) and brain with ischemic stroke (Isckemia-Treg) and in vitro culture (iB-Treg(A), iB-Treg(B), iB-Treg(C)).
