Title |
BCG-activation of lymphocytes for the generation of donor-independent innate anti-tumor NK and γδ T cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Other
|
Summary |
We performed scRNA-seq to PBMCs incubated with 2 different sub-strains of BCG during 7 days. We found that iBCG co-cultures potently stimulated the proliferation of TRDV2 gamma-delta T cells, while Oncotice did not have the ability to expand this subpopulation, and mainly stimulated NK and classical T cells.
