Status Public on Jul 06, 2022
Title Melanoma Brain Metastasis Atlas [patient_cell_lines_ATAC-seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Bulk ATAC-seq on 24 patient-derived cell lines corresponding to 4 melanoma brain metastases (MBM) and 4 peripheral/extracranial melanoma metastses (ECM).

Overall design We performed bulk ATAC-seq on 24 patient-derived cell lines (in triplicates) corresponding to 4 melanoma brain metastases (MBM) and 4 peripheral/extracranial melanoma metastses (ECM).
Due to patient privacy concerns the raw data will be submitted to dbGAP.
